Should applications installed in the runtime be NGen'd? #3
We need to research and determine if during the installation phase of an application into the runtime, if the runtime itself should invoke an ngen over each of the dlls to get them pre-jit'd for the platform it is running on or not.
What performance gains will we see in a production scenario?
