Editor crashes

I found a bug in editor, easy to trigger, repeatable every time:

1. Start AROS, launch Shell and edit S:Startup-Sequence
2. Move the cursor to the very bottom of the document
3. Select Select All from the menu
4. Delete the content using the backspace key
5. Try to select anything with the mouse in any part of the window - segfault
