DDI Registry move to DDI Alliance AWS space #19
Description
Move the DDI Registry to be hosted on the DDI Alliance AWS account.
- update to latest .net
- containerize with Dockerfile
- hosted postgresql server on DDI Alliance AWS
- run container on DDI Alliance AWS
- have University of Michigan change DNS to DDI Alliance AWS Route53 for registry.ddialliance.org zone
