DDI Registry new features #18
Description
the Registry currently lists all resolvers for a specific agency via the API.
Two ideas to the DDI hackathon projects list:

Add an API to programmatically list/search agencies. This would let you get the complete agency list. Currently this is just via the html front end.

Much like ROR or ORCID, we could create a downloadable export of all the registered agency ids and their resolvers in one file. No need to also use an API.

With either of those features added to the DDI Registry, I think Knut's use case of finding all DDI OAI-PMH endpoints could be accomplished.
Adding/documenting OaiPmhIdentify as the location to put a OAI-PMH endpoint would be great. Perhaps this can be added to the paper, and then also documented on the DDI Registry site?
