Packages installed using different target framework

When compiling DD4T.Core I get the following warning.

Some NuGet packages were installed using a target framework different from the current target framework and may need to be reinstalled. Visit http://docs.nuget.org/docs/workflows/reinstalling-packages for more information. Packages affected: Newtonsoft.Json DD4T.ViewModels

@DominicCronin it is really embarrassing to comment on an issue that's 3.5 years old, but I want to clean up. I think this behavior happens when you switch frameworks after you have installed Nuget packages. It is probably not a bug in DD4T at all.
I will close issue this before the end of this year.
