Dr. Chassin, can you help me access the data from Olympic Peninsula Gridwise Demonstration Project

Sorry, I don't know how to use these code. Even when I tried the code which is in the example of use, the error occured like the picture below:
OlypenException: .olypen_data\clear.csv.gz not found (HTTP code 403).
I really need the data from Olympic Peninsula Gridwise Demonstration Project to accomplish my experiment for my graduation design.
