Samples do not compile

Hi,
I tried to build your sample projects but it seems, there are some changes in the library which are not ported to ComRing.
lwpp::CustomObjectAdaptor has been changed and the constructor of CustomObjAdaptor needs a version number in its template.

I could not get atmosphere to compile, either. LWVolumeAccess and LWVolumeSample are undefined.

I try to use LightWave SDK 2020 with your code.

That's what I get for never checking here, but then it's also the first issue here in 8 years. ;)
I'll have a look at the issues.
