Plans for a release on pyPI?

We have started to use this amazingly fast code to solve a mapping problem using the inner Laplace solve with dirichlet BC on a closed domain with a globally smooth boundary. 
we are wondering if the package is still actively developed? Is there a plan to make it available on pyPI as a package?
