(iii) (1021863) Place Of Service Codes For Professional Claims (2017AA-2022AA) is a HT; descendants missing (48 PTs for this term).
(iv) There are some HTs like 'Evaluation And Management Services' (which appear 3 times), 'Medicine Guidelines' (which appear twice). The older parent has Retire terms which are just HTs with Ranges and appear as Leaf nodes. These terms can be removed as they are not query- able (i.e. not individual CPT codes).
