OpenAI Action #1004

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Not really, but it would be a really cool thing to see, and would make it easier for me and I there to integrate OpenAI stuff (like GPT and Dallle) into our bots.
Describe the ideal solution
Idk what this question means, but for the action, I'm thinking it could be like the cleverbot action, where you can choose which OpenAI service you're looking to use (GPT, DALLE, etc.).
If GPT is selected, there could be a setting to choose which GPT model is being used. There would be a input variable slot, a prompt slot, an output variable slot, and some subsettings for stuff like temperature, token limit, tokens used, conversation history (if possible), etc.
For DALLE, there could be a setting for the resolution, the prompt slot, and the output variable slot.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I sadly have no clue how else I could, apart from using "run script" (which I'm already doing).
