Webhook notification for injects #124
Description
Send an outgoing webhook to a service API when a new inject opens up to notify teams that there's a new inject. Can include the end time.
Also, if an inject in modified (say time extended), could send another webhook out to notify teams that the inject has been modified.
This wouldn't have to be a team by team notification. Could just be a single notification that ends up in an announcement channel or some other notification method.
