DId not get it to work for .Rmd files - consider allowing case sensitive OSs like Mac and Linux

Thanks for authoring this plugin It's possible that I haven't understood the intended installation steps.

Steps to reproduce

• on MacOS or any OS that's case sensitive
• create both myfile-1.Rmd and myfile-2.rmd files (R Markdown) in a directory in existing obsidian vault
• install obsidian-plaintext via community plugins in obsidian settings
• activate extension
• update list of extensions to include .Rmd,.rmd
• restart obsidian

expected behavior

• *.Rmd and *.rmd files show in side pane and are available for opening in obsidian
• opening up plugin settings again shows .Rmd,rmd as plaintext extensions

actual behavior

• *.Rmd and *.rmd files do not show in side pane
• opening up plugin settings again shows .rmd as plaintext extension
