Chronos Protocol ability bug #651
Description
Hi there,
Jinteki Chronos Protocol didn't work correctly in my game. Every time I dealt net damage, I had something like this in the log:
⌚ boojum uses Click #2 and pays 2 ¥ (remaining bank: 6 ¥) to initiate Neural EMP.
:::ATTENTION::: boojum is about to inflict 1 Net Damage to simen!
boojum Can't move Card to Table because they don't control Card.
boojum Can't move Card from simen's HQ/Grip because they don't control it.

--> simen uses Neural EMP's ability to suffer 1 Net damage.
From my side, the card seems to be trashed, and I see it in the runner's heap. From my opponent's side though, the card is not trashed.
