Hello! I've successfully used the Daz to Maya bridge over the past year or so with Genesis 8 and 8.1 characters and items but I've just started purchasing Gen 9 assets and encountered an issue in Maya with some of my new items. After importing a Gen 9 character into Maya and clicking 'Convert Materials' to make them Arnold materials, I notice that the hair and clothing (in this case, metal armor) does not render correctly with Arnold, unlike my Gen 8 characters of the past. I'm not sure what's causing this but I notice with the metal material, if I break the connection with the metalness map and then reduce the metalness value below 1, the metal starts to appear more as I would expect. Please see the screenshots below to see how my Gen 8 and 9 characters appear in Maya after converting materials to Arnold and how they appear in Daz with Iray. I believe the skin is rendering correctly in Maya/Arnold with both figures. The Maya screenshots show Arnold renders with an Arnold skydome light and I get the same looking results with other Arnold lights.
