Tutorial useless given inability to compile/run code

I was able to install the NuGet package in a new VS 2017 4.72 WinForm project, anf build.

1. this project needs to be updated so that it's open-able in VS 2017
2. The documentation needs to be refined and completed

Admittedly, I haven't prioritized the maintenance of this code in a while. I do plan on giving it some considerable attention in June 2019. This will include making it VS 2017 compatible, adding comprehensive XML (intellisense) comments, and updating the documentation. I appreciate you voicing your concern.

Thanks Bill. I just updated master so that it's now compatible with VS 2017. A new Nuget package hasn't been released yet because no other enhancements have been made (still version 1.0.2).

Informal road map for the next few weeks:

• Add inline code (XML) comments
• Write/publish full documentation on readthedocs.org.
