ReactOS DLL issue #16
Description
On ReactOS fails with error of missing msvcr100.dll (and associated msvcr100.dll) - this should be easy to fix during next release by bundling these 2 DLLs with the application (or if building on newer runtime versions, check which DLLs we'd need)
