improved serialization of arrays/vectors to Rust vector

Hey,

I am pretty excited about this crate, and using it e.g. for tokenizers, or also ai-dynamo/dynamo libary. I am wondering if there is an option to serialize arrays to Rust arrays, and vice versa.

Would help fragmentation, e.g. having the option to convert numpy arrays.
