Confusing Error Message with Rooted Gene Trees

Hi, I was using your software and ran into an error message: `Exception: Expected binary tree`, which was a bit confusing as all my trees were binary. I was able to determine that this was caused by the fact that the gene trees I was using were rooted. I just wanted to give you a heads up. Appreciate it!
