Speed control ?

I'm quite happy that turtlewax is fast, but is there a way to slow it down.
It's for pedagogical purpose.

I originally fretted over this quite a bit, but ran out of holiday time to work on that feature. :) I'm definitely open to it, just haven't spent time on it. Add the feature and do a pull request? ;)
