Create indexer pipeline dashboard #29
Description
Summary
We should have a Grafana dashhoard that gives us an at-a-glance view into the performance of the search indexing pipeline. This should primarily focus on the pipeline of events the search service is receiving from NATS and performance indexing them in Meilisearch. We should include NATS backlog / pipeline latency so we know how delayed data is going into Meilisearch.
Acceptance Criteria
- Dashboard created using Grafonnet with generated dashboard code living in the repo
- Kustomize component created to create the dashboard export in a ConfigMap w/ the GrafanaDashboard CRD from the grafana-operator
