Modify the PR (and maybe throw in a more full explainer doc) to signpost for ways to file a bug report in addition to the Community Discussions and Help Scout methods.
The bug report method proposed is: Create an issue in this repository, with what you're trying to accomplish, steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen, and what you were surprised to observe.
List all methods of contacting us comprehensively. The headline should be: We welcome your feedback via any means you prefer.
