Implement a comprehensive redesign of the Account Settings page with full backend API integration. This update will modernize the user interface according to the latest design system while ensuring all account management features are properly connected to their respective APIs. @JoseSzycho if you review the designs I believe you will see we have many features that are designed but not yet supported in the API. The engineering team broadly speaking should review these designs, ensure alignment on the approach and then create the necessary backlog items to enable the features.
