Inherited "Ensure Quality" workflow from Zitadel fork - Always failing #30

Context
This project is a fork of Zitadel, and we inherited their "Ensure Quality" workflow during the fork. This workflow consistently fails on every execution in our repository.
Decision needed
We need to decide whether to: (1) Remove the workflow entirely, (2) Fix and adapt it for our needs, (3) Replace it with our own quality checks, or (4) Disable it temporarily. What quality gates do we actually need for this fork? Any action items or PRs related to this will be tracked here.
