Suggestions for new extractors #15
Description
A list of extractors from my own projects that I would like to personally integrate, others can feel free to also list ideas/WIP here.
- Various file formats to OPTIMADE structures from optimade-python-tools -- could also do a roundtrip that lets you run any ASE parser -> OPTIMADE. This could be a nice example as the OPTIMADE structure has a well-defined JSON schema output.
- navani: various echem files to roughly structured pandas dataframes
- datalab plugins should expose beam entrypoints, not too many fully custom parsers except Mettler-Toledo TGA data.
- pynxtools and its plugins should be pretty straightforward to add support for
