Feature Request: update method

I am using a priority queue with values that have mutable priority. I would like to be able to tell a queue type when a priority may have changed.
The api would be similar to the remove method, with a predicate for which values to update the mutability.

Being able to change the priority would be useful for implementing Dijkstra's algorithm.
