Download HTML reduce file size

We might want to consider reducing the file size of the HTML files of visualisations when they are downloaded from one of the apps.

The good thing about the full size HTML is that it is self contained, that is you can copy paste anywhere and doesn't include any external resources or internet connection to load.
That said, if a page renders multiple elements it could be indeed heavy, so having an additional option to download the "optimized" HTML would be a plus, but I don't think we should get rid of the full self-contained download
