Numeric formatting isn't working on data with Cat columns composed only of numbers

I'm passing the param format_number_prefix = TRUE in order to add IS prefixes to the column valor in this dataset (from pull request #29 of IFC)

and I got this error:

Also, when specifying the param format_sample_num = "1.234,5" for the same dataset, an error is not generated, but tooltip sets to NA.
