add helper to surface snapshots in github actions

such as shiny screenshots from shiny testing.

Might be helpful:

• if env for precisely reproducible snapshots is impossible
• useful to inspect on a pull request etc
• (github as some diffing of images, right?)

Implementation:

• downloadable as artefacts?
• show as feedback right below workflow runs?
