Provide the geo endpoints for all API #73
Description
Currently when we ETL health, we don't enrich with geo data. This means that although transport has an /nearest endpoint, health does not. We should have the endpoint for all APIs and return an appropriate error if is it not supported. This may make it a little more consistent.
