Description
Schedule B and C contain a lesson (Intro to R and RStudio for Genomics) that is in "beta" development and not official material from The Carpentries (yet). So from what I understand, this lesson cannot be taught under the banners "The Carpentries" and “Data Carpentry". Even though there is a disclaimer about this lesson elsewhere in the documentation, including the lesson in the common schedules gives the impression that it is part of the official material and can lead to confusion (it did confuse me when I was looking into the material).
Possible solutions:
- Remove schedules B and C that contain the "beta" lesson from the common schedules until it is "stable" (see genomics-r-intro #207)?
- Keep schedules B and C but include a clear note for instructors stating that if they choose to follow these schedules, they should be aware that the R lesson is still in beta and not part of the official The Carpentries / Data Carpentry material.
- Change status of genomics-r-intro #207 to "stable" as suggested by @naupaka, remove disclaimer, and keep schedules as it is.
These are the currently listed common schedules:

Schedule C (3 days OR 6 half days)
- Half-day 1: Project organization and management & Introduction to the command line
- Half-day 2: Introduction to the command line (continued)
