Problem with Subject's distribution in uploader #8
Description
When selecting a subject, it appears to be a problem with de distribution of those: Subjects should be distributed within each specific year and quatrimeter, example:

AL
FDE

I think there the code should be modifyed as explained.
It should be modifyed as a class (struct) so it would get both subject and quatrimeter of origin, and adapt, then, the uploader in order to show the subject in its correspondent quatrimeter.
