Mobile responsive design fixes

• When opening the details of a dashboards, the buttons are not well displayed.
• Sometimes it is hard to expand the dashboard details via touch
• There should be more margin at the bottom to allow the user to scroll down and prevent the red plus button covering the content
• There should be some visual differentiation between the details and the heading, When you expand it, it is difficult to glance where the details end a next card starts.
• Move the guid to the details
• Make text boxes a little bit bigger
