Composition Strategies #4
Description
Sublime (as of this writing, the main scenario where we're using Athena) implements an aggressive mulligan compositional strategy. This could possibly be support supported as a part of Athena, alongside other such strategies.
The aggressive mulligan strategy also seems like a key innovation in allowing composition across rulebases, since otherwise you would need to combine rulebases where one rulebase might produce a result that another depends upon.
