add combination of ingredients search in getDrugIngredients()

can we have a function or an argument in the getDrugIngredient that search for combination drugs. Now when we have a vector for the drug name argument it's giving out 1 codelist for each ingredient.

Agreed with @edward-burn that:

• If the user wants to obtain a combination of ingredients, they need to use the following notation: name = c("acetaminophen & codein")
• Then, the resulting nameStyle will be (by default nameStyle = {concept_code}_{concept_name}): 2461_acetaminophen_and_2511_codein
