I want to run codelistgenerator locally but dont know how to do it

A clear and concise description of an example on how to do it locally
Describe alternatives you've considered
Do it on the server however if my database does not have that vocab i need i potentially will miss codes i need for my study
Additional context
I am working on a federated cancer study where i need codelists for different cancers. The other data partners include primary care, secondary and cancer registry. I only have acccess to primary care therefore my database does not have vocabs for standard cancer i.e. ICD-0-3 which i need if i want to run my study in a cancer registry which uses this vocabs ontop of snomed.
