Oh I see that is the file for the test suite to test the golfscript interpreter. I do not own this file, but I find it unlikely that it is actually a virus. Since google is not allowing it to be downloaded, I suggest creating your own database by scraping the golf.shinh.org website (you could look at shinh's tool caddy to help with that).
