[MoonsPlus] Offense in incorrect spot when sorting by LevelID

When using the MoonsPlus menu, Offense is sorted incorrectly when sorting by moon LevelID.

Potential fixes:

• Allow a config option to sort the moons manually
• Change the LevelID for Offense so that it will sort correctly, between Vow and March
• Add a "vanilla" sort option which sorts the first page according to vanilla, and then sorts the other pages according to the second option that is selected.
