Mod only works on Multiplayer

So I was testing and testing why this pocket car and the upgrade didn't even spawn in the shop even at 100% add on chance, when I tried something on a private (but only me) server and every single time the cart spawned (altought the upgrade and void remote didn't but I don't know if I should uninstall the More Shop Items Updated for it to work or buy a pocker car first) I need more testing but as of right now I have found this issue on a 50+ modpack

After some testing with only this mod, can confirm that only works on multiplayer as items only spawn in multiplayer lobbies and not single players ones, pocket car plus, the upgrade and void remote also seems to not spawn 100% of times but they do (even with the config tweaked)

Hi, thank you for the detailed report. I was able to determine and resolve an issue that caused rarities for items to default to 0 in the "singleplayer" mode. This issue should be fixed in 0.5.1
