Wrong timezone after importing to Google calendar

Hi,

I wrote simple config, with hungarian timezone (Europe/Budapest).
Its working for example in outlook calendar good, but when I import it to Google Calendar, the whole calendars time zone is GMT+00. (Which means the times not correct, and google fetch this info from ical file, I can't overwrite it manually.

My config:

I this theese "VTIMEZONE" block is missing. (This is from my original ics file, imported from outlook)

A little bit doggy, but working solution.
Editted manually lib/ical-filter-proxy/calendar.rb file and added this line to def filtered_calendar section:

filtered_calendar.append_custom_property("X-WR-TIMEZONE","Europe/Budapest")

And now google calendar recognise the correct time zone.
