[Feature Request] Have the selection and highlight border limited to the game art and banner #41

Feature Description
I think it would look much nicer to have the purple selection border and gray highlight border only appear around the ThemeExtras banner and game cover art, rather than extending to anything beneath such as the game title and playtime.
