Extension name

NVIDIA GeForce NOW Library

Feature Description

Reason
Nvidia has an Install-To-Play feature which allows you to 'play' games that are then (on first start) installed on a personal store within Nvidias infrastructure.
This consumes storage data on Nvidia side which is limited per account.
And technically the game is therefore not installed - not even within the Nvidia environment.

Request
Create a checkbox in the settings that allows to exclude games that needs to be 'installed' on Nvidia side.
This should only set game entries to 'installed' if they are directly playable.
