Game Covers Render Underneath Top Panel When at Top of Library #27

Bug Description
Preface: I am using Details to Grid View Converter as well as a whole host of other extensions. My extensions log is below.
This is a weird visual bug that I'm not even entirely certain can be fixed. When hovering over the game's grids (the cover art), specifically when they are at the top of the list, they clip underneath the top panel like seen in the first screenshot below. Adding padding didn't seem to work - the game cover just clipped underneath the padding.
I realized that even if this could be fixed, it would only look right if it was enabled when the library was scrolled all the way up, because if it was scrolled down at all, the entire game cover would clip over the top panel. So it would only be for when the library list is scrolled all the way up. (Hopefully that makes sense).
Steps to Reproduce
Hover your mouse over a game cover when scrolled to the top of your library.
