Periodically reload image location to load newly added images

Apologies if this has been asked before or it's documented somewhere, I couldn't immediately find the answer.

I'm loading images from a remote NFS mount hosted on my NAS. Occasionally I'll update that folder to remove or add photos that I want to display.

Is there a way to rescan the image location to check for newly removed or added images without the need to restart MM.
eg. every hour, scan to see if there are any changes and display?

You can use the notification "BACKGROUNDSLIDESHOW_UPDATE_IMAGE_LIST" to trigger a file list refresh. You can use MMM-ModuleScheduler to send notifications on a schedule.

I personally use MMM-TouchButton to have a button that sends the notification since I'm using MM as a digital photo frame with a touchscreen.
