Restore DCAT conformance and additions to vocabulary #154
Description
- Remove any references to non-existing DCAT concepts (e.g., dcat:public, but there are several more).
- Publish a vocabulary for the types of distributions that we are using.
- Update all transformations or ensure backward compatibility. This can be done on loading each transformation - all metadata of transformations that are loaded should be modified if there are such inconsistencies with DCAT.
