Optimization and Goals

The goal is to make this package more robust, efficient, and aligned with current bioinformatics challenges, particularly in genetic algorithm (GA) applications for high-throughput genomic data analysis.
With all this in mind, new features based on recent literature, and identifying research gaps that BioGA could address will be fundamental.

1. Performance improvements: I will try to enhance computational efficiency in C++ code.
2. New features: I will add advanced GA operators and genomic-specific functionalities.
3. Research gaps: I will address current challenges in bioinformatics, such as multi-objective optimization, scalability, and interpretability.
4. Documentation and usability: I will improve code readability and add documentation for reproducibility.
