Clean install process to install only MonaEngine related files

The install cmake target is installing static libs different than MonaEngine.lib, such as assimp and zlib. The goal is to install only MonaEngine as a static library and OpenAL as a dynamic library (to be compliant with the LGPL libary as the MonaEngine project is MIT).
