Override not working

I am using windows 10 home version 22H2..I copied NlaSvc2.dll into system32 and Import install.reg but still ncsi icon showing no internet connection.I am using college Ethernet with proxy

The offset value in install.reg is likely outdated. You can follow the instructions in README to update it.
