Document how to use output of objcompress

At the moment, unless I'm missing something, it's not clear how to use the 
output of objcompress to actually do anything. For example, where the JS 
directed to standard out would be pasted in one of the samples in order to 
display the model.

It would be cool if this was documented. It doesn't seem to be trivial.

I think I should probably just delete objcompress after migrating all the 
features over to obj2utf.

But yeah, in general the documentation is pretty bad. I should at least have an 
example posted.
