Getting requirements to build wheel ... error

Hey!
I'm totally new with these kind of codes. I'm trying to install the plugin (by following the instructions in the video), but after using the command 'python -m pip install pysal' I get an error stating 'Getting requirements to build wheel ... error' with error: subprocess-exited-with-error.
Could someone help me out? Like I mentioned before: I'm really not into the codes-thing, I just want to start plotting and clustering my data :-(

I've tried to browse the error and it seems to be a known issue with rasterio weel on Windows. Here is a possible solution from the original documentation: https://rasterio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html#windows
