Don't work well on some phones.

It works well on the Android Emulator, but not on my phone (Meizu, Flyme 7, Android 7.1.1).

I'm getting an issue where on the Pixel 2 API 26 emulator, the blur works perfectly, but on a Samsung Galaxy S5 device, all I see is a black view where the blur would be.
